  • 8.3.2009 – HAPPY BIRTHDAY ŠAJ!
Yeap, my curly maniac is 3 already. Even though I can still remember her puppy days as if they happened yesterday, (well, it is kind of impossible to forget all the sleep deprivation caused by the screaming curly creature who couldn’t care less about the fact that I have way less energy than she has) it still feels like Šaj and I are together for ages. She is SOOO much fun to be with, and she has the biggest heart on the whole wide world. I just love her crazy moments like jumping to my head before we start an agility course, or her huge fights with the tunnels when I try to move them. Her cocky walk and always the same crazy expression on that pretty face of hers make me smile every single day, and well, I totally support her in her belief that she is the most handsome dog on the planet. :)
Well, if she is getting crazier, louder and prettier every day, I cannot say that for her brightness. But hey, nobody is perfect.
I was doing lots of clicker sessions this winter, and as usually, Šaj learned things about 2 weeks later than the rest of the gang. Well just until I started to teach them to push a big pillow around with their noses. Since Šaj is not very talented for shaping, I cheated a little bit and put a small peace of food underneath it, so that I was able to get some kind of interaction with the subject. It worked well, so after only a few clicks, she got the idea and pushed the thing around with her nose. At our next session she approached it and pushed it with her nose like a pro, while the nerds were still trying to figure out what to do with it. That was the first time she got the idea sooner than Šja and Kiša, and I was quite surprised, but after a day or two it hit me – she must be doing it so well because she still believes there is something underneath it. But well, as long as it works… ;)
She celebrated her birthday on the seaside. It was a beautiful sunny weekend, so the dogs could swim as mach as they wanted and I finally got my portion of sun. We have also participated on IPO competition CACIT Pula. Šaj competed in NP-A program (the same as BH), Šja had a freestyle demonstration and Kiša did some protection work as part of show program, since she doesn’t have her exam yet. Šaj did her job perfectly. She was focused, precise and happy, and she only barked twice (hooray!), so she won the competition. And a short winter update: Šja won winter cup, and Kiša added one exam for A2 to the existing one, AND my new homepage is almost ready. :)
  • Oh, and HAPPY 2009 (better late than never ;)
  • I know I keep saying I will try better with my updates, and I never do, but this time I have a good excuse. I am preparing one big training update (videos and texts about our training), and apart from lots of time I also need some technical support, so it takes some time. Since it is still in the making I would be happy to read some suggestions, questions and ideas, so you are welcome to send them to polona.bonac@gmail.comBut just so that you don’t forget all about us, here is a little bit about what we were doing from the last time you have heard from us.On 14.12.2008 Toby celebrated his 11th birthday. This fall I started to notice first signs of aging on him, so I decided it is time for a full vet check. Nope, I am not a really good gift giver, but I made it up for him with a nice smelly dinner afterwards. :)
He got his teeth cleaned, his eyes, ears, blood and urine checked and a neurological exam in the end and I am please to say that besides some arthritis due to his bad hips, he is a perfectly healthy old fellow. The only thing that concerns me is that despite his regular long walks, he lost a big percentage of his muscles on his hind legs, so I made an appointment with the physiotherapist. His new years plan is to loose some weight (well, to be honest – it is not really his plan), because he became kind of chubby in the last few months.
He loves winter. Mostly because he is really bad at tolerating heat, but winter has other advantages. Besides the obvious one – snow, there are suddenly lots of treats hanging from the trees everywhere. Yeap, he has mastered his stealing skills to the point where he steals seeds and fat from the bird houses all over the neighborhood.
I am starting to think that is a new way of hunting work – why bother pointing the birds, for the hunter to shoot them – just steal their food and they will die of hunger and one big fat setter can pay attention to more important things in life, like lying in front of a fireplace or playing in the snow.

Hani on the other hand, thinks that it is absolutely too cold to go out. Her recreation is limited to jumping from one bed to another and eating in between.

For those of you who are interested in mudi vs HO dilemma, there was an article in Slovenian dog magazine Moj pes, about the Croatian sheepdog. Guess who was on the poster? No, it was not Šaj, the most handsome dog on the planet. (sorry. I couldn’t help myself;) It was Šja, the little mudi. :) So much for te difference, even when the mudi is not black…

And crazy trio – as for their training is concerned – Šja is working on some shaping games, Šaj is SLOOOWLY learning some new tricks, but our major goal is heeling on the right side and some distance work and with Kiša I try to work on her heeling style. Apart from the training – everything is as it used to be – loud, fast and never boring.

  • 29.11.2008 – I don’t like dog shows in general, but when you have a handsome dog with a huge ego it is sometimes really hard to resist temptation… :) So I entered my beautiful Šaj on a special show for Croatian Sheepdogs in Zagreb. On the same day I send the entry form, she started to loose hair, and by the time of the show, she looked almost like a Chinese crested dog. Luckily Šaj believes she is the most beautiful dog on the planet even with a bad hair day, so she charmed the judge with a nice presentation and got excellent.6.12.2008 – Kiša passed her BH exam. We trained obedience quite seriously for the past few months and it was worth it, because she got a total of 100 from 100 possible points. IPO1 here we come!7.12.2008 – Another day for BH exams. This time I went there with my students. And I am PROUD to say they have all passed the exam with flying colors! Congratulation girls, our average mark was an impressive 95,9 points! You can see individual marks and at least on video (I think there are more to come) on our club homepage. (Click)
  • As promised, here are the videos from our last competition in Zaprešic. Take a look at ŠJA, ŠAJ and KIŠA with just one click on their names.
Other than that, there is nothing really new going on here. When we are not outside somewhere, we are spending long winter evenings on the couch doing nothing, except for some shaping games sometimes. Šaj and Šja are learning how to skate. Clever Šja got the idea in a few cliks, but she must be the slowest skater ever… ;) Well, she is one of those nerds, who would do much better at playing chess I think… :D Crazy Šaj on the other hand, wants to kill the skateboard. She is just hilarious, pushing the skate wildly with her legs, and trying to stop it at the same time with her mouth. I guess we will stick to agility… :D
While those two are playing goofy games, Kiša needs to do some homework with her retrieving and tracking, but I am happy to see improvements in both areas.
  • 9.11. 2008 – We drove to Zaprešic (Croatia) to compete at agility trial. Since we were basically out of training for the last few weeks I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Kiša made her first exam for A2, and she did it in great style. She was almost 2,5 seconds faster than her brother Kaj, who already was 2 seconds faster than the third one… Pretty cool ha? I always knew that she is fast, but that really was just… FAST. Well, not everything was that good. Running with her is quite a nightmare for me, because it honestly isn’t handling, I am just there, running like a maniac, trying to prevent a disqualification. In jumping I didn’t succeed. ;)
I was more than happy with Š&Š as well. Šja was in a GREAT mood; she was running like little devil, even barking in weaves (which is not her habit normally), but thanks to her confused handler, we got eliminated in agility. Jumping was nice and fluent and she won. Šaj had a clean run in agility, and I am really amazed by that. Just a short wile ago it looked like she will never run clean in her life, and there she was, running her third clean run in a row… It could almost be 4, but I got a bit confused in jumping, and showed her one obstacle when it was already too late for her to jump, without knocking a bar. I have also realized that it is really important that she is wormed out and stretched properly. While she has lots of stamina, she is small and stiff, so jumping that high is not the most natural thing for her, so I sometimes feel that she is not really fluent over the jumps.
    Videos coming soon!
  • 2.11.2008 – I took Kiša herding for the first time. I needed quite some time to do so, because I was really worried about how it will turn out. I got Kiša as an adult dog, and despite that she is really obedient, I don’t have the same trust in her obedience as I do with my other dogs. I had all the worse case scenarios in my head – sheep running wild through the village, followed by a screaming dog and its hysteric owner…
Well, I guess I just never learn my leson. Kiša was just brilliant as she always is. You can see our first and so far only herding attempt with just one CLICK. Enjoy. :)
And for the record – despite I am not a huge fan of Border Collies, there is one thing I REALLY like – watching them work with sheep. I honestly believe that is one of the most beautiful things to see, so if I ever get to live on a farm, you will definitely find a Collie or 2 running around my house. ;)

Finally I have also managed to upload a video of Šaj, winning her first competition in A3. CLICK. Compliments allowed. ;)

  • Just recently I had a flashback to my high-school days, where I never did my homework on time. I just had to wait until last second, and than work my ass off to get it done before the teacher came to get it… And each and every time I promised myself that I would do it on time next time. Well… I never did. :) The same goes here. I have tons of updates to do write, so I better start!25.9 – 28.9.2008 – Agility world championship 2008 Helsinki. 2nd place in team agility, 15th place in individual jumping, one refusal in team jumping and elimination in individual agility. Other than that I was amazed by the beautiful nature, and very very disappointed about the world championship itself. I promise longer report as soon as I find some time.4.10.2008 – I got one year older. It was a Saturday like every other, so I woke up in the middle of the night and went to an agility competition, thinking that is a really stupid way to celebrate your birthday. Well, thanks to my agility friends, it turned out into a party after all. They surprised me with 2 cakes and happy birthday song. :) Thank you guys! I loved the surprise!
And the results? Well let’s stay with the birthday part… ;)

11.10-12.10. – Obedience seminar with Mia Skogster. I got lots of tiny but VERY useful training tips, and had much fun with Mia. Her extremely methodic work has given me a whole new prospective in obedience training, and a whole new motivation to train it on a regular basis.
On Sunday I had to miss a bit of seminar to compete at RO competition, where Šaj passed her RO2 exam and finished on 3rd place. Overall, Šaj won 3rd place in National Championship in RO1.

18.10.2008 – We had our final competition of Slovenian National Championship. Šja &Šaj won. :) For Šja that was her 5th win in this championship, so she became the NATIONAL CHAMPION of 2008.
Šaj had a great day as well. Her agility was just perfect, and she was even faster than Šja for almost whole second.  Yeap, my crazy Šaj did it. 0 clean runs in a row for the first time. I am just HAPPY. :)
And Kiša? Well… I guess all my dogs go through a phase where they look like they see agility for the first time. She is in that phase right now, but she is doing progress in her Shutzhund work, getting ready for her exams. ;)

  • No we did not stay in Germany or get lost somewhere on the way… we are just busy as always and I am back to my old habit of not updating regularly.
But here it is – a short update of what we have been doing for the past two months:

14.7-30.7.2008 – Germany… Our trip to Germany started with few relaxed days in Troisdorf, but after that, there were not much time to rest anymore. Running on EO with two dogs in 2 different categories was again a logistic problem for me, even though I must say the organizers were more than patient with two blond girls who messed up the course-walks… ;)
Anyway – our results weren’t so shiny this year. I have misjudged the final medium run, handled one sequence from the wrong side, causing Šja to go far away into the wrong direction, so we won 5th place with this gigantic turn. With lots of luck, Šaj got into the finals as well. She has missed the dog-walk and jumped pass the tire, but beside that, her run was perfect! She did not knock any bars, she made all her contacts and turned perfectly, and so all together I am more than happy with my maniac.
After the EO Silvia and I had a seminar in Duisburg. Well 2 seminars, so that means 6 days of non stop agility. :) Many great dogs, many great handlers, lots of fun, and what makes me really happy – lots of nice responses. I hope to see you again next year!
In August we had a little brake from agility. For the whole summer I had only one thought in my head – sea… We went to a beautiful Croatian island Cres and than spent the rest of the month hiking and visiting friends all around Slovenia. And I almost forget – we are now super mobile thanks to my big handsome new car – light blue Fiat Doblo. Yeap, we are super cool now. :D
    But back to dogs…

My dear old TOBY refuses to be called old. He is still a house clown, and still the most handsome dog on the planet. I am trying to figure out if he is really loosing his hearing, or did he just discovered another excuse for not listening to me at all… Despite from that, he is in great shape, full of energy and full of ideas how to make us run things his way.

ŠJA and I are getting ready for Helsinki. Besides training for slalom entrances, we are now having fun with her travel bag for the plane. Jumping in and out is now her favorite part time job. :) We are also in search for a perfect dog toy in case they really wont allow food in the official training… (More about this bullshit later…) We even had a visit from a TV-crew these days. I will try to link this show if they publish it on-line.

ŠAJ started competing in A3 in Duisburg and won jumping with fantastic run. Despite the fact that she is a workaholic, she had splendid time on our holidays. I honestly think they should change the name of the breed to “Croatian Water Dog”. With three enormously loud dogs jumping into the water and swimming crazily I was the main attraction everywhere. Surprisingly enough there were no complaints from people. I guess they just didn’t have the guts… ;)
I don’t know how or when, but she managed to break her nail so high, that they needed to pull it off. She was angry at the whole world because of that, but there was not much I could do.
7.9. – We went to compete at RO trial. I didn’t expect much, because she was completely out of training, and going mad from all the extra energy, but she surprised me with really nice work, that got us on the second place.

And KIŠA? Well, she finally had some luck with her health so she had quite an interesting summer. She started with her agility competitions in Duisburg. Her first official run was actually almost perfect to the point where I fell (of course, that seems to be my habit…) and she missed the wall, which she had never seen before. She was really calm and listened perfectly, so I was once again sure that everything is just to easy with that dog. Well, after three more competitions, I am just asking myself where did my dog go… She is now a screaming creature running through obstacles like she is ready to kill someone in the end.  I guess she is a Croatian Sheepdog after all…

  • 12.07.2008 – We drove to the seaside, to compete at my favorite competition. I am sure it is my dog’s favorite too. They just LOVE the sea. They were jumping off the pier, swimming like crazy, retrieving toys from water and of course bark as much as they could. Apart from having fun at the beach, Šaj did he third and last exam for A3! :) Now we are off to EO. Keep your fingers crossed!
But before we leave, I have some new material to share. This VIDEO was made at one of our trips, and you can enjoy it thanks to Barbara, who was kind enough to spent one day with my crazy pack, filmed them, and put the clips together in a video. THANKS!
  • My homepage got a little makeover. Some of you might notice I am always using word crazy when I am talking about Šaj. Take a look at Welcome, and you will understand why… ;) 25.6.2008 – We are still busy with the competitions. Šaj made her second exam for A3 and a perfect dog-walk contact. I don’t know which fact makes me happier. :) 28.6.2008 – We had a competition in Domžale, judged by Anne Savioja from Finnland. She will be judging this year’s world championship. Little Šja won.
  • 21.6.2008 – Šja won already the third qualie in a row! We have two more competitions, but she got so many points it is safe to say that she is already qualified for the AWC 2008 in Finland! I hope luck is on our side this year!!
Surprisingly enough, crazy Šaj won as well, and made her first exam for A3. :)

15.6.2008 – Šaj won 3rd place at a RO trial.

  • I found some free time, and I finally managed to collect some old videos of Kiša and put together in a short spot. Nothing special, no fancy tricks, just a proof that she is not just my imaginary dog. :) CLICK
And here is what we have been doing in the last few weeks:

6-8.7.2008 – We drove to Hungary, to compete at IABC 2008. It was a nice, though not very successful weekend. I was originally planning to start there with Kiša for the first time, but because of her health problems, she wasn’t ready to compete yet. But I ended up running with three dogs after all; I borrowed Kiša’s brother Rudi from Tanja. Spending a week with him was a great experience (having 3HO and one mudi in the house is never boring… ;) , and I must say he is amazing. Like Kiša, he is smart, calm, focused and really stabile dog.  I am not really proud to say that he was also my most successful dog on that competition. I managed two clean runs with him, they were nice but not perfect, and both times we finished on 6nd place, what is great, considering there were over 100 large dogs competing. His nice runs got him and Šaj into the final of pairs, where I had to run them one after the other, without the pause, since the time didn’t stop in between. You can imagine it was not an easy task, but thanks to my support team (Željko, catching Rudi in the end, Eva and Petra, who had to keep crazy Šaj steady on the start line, while I was running with Rudi and she was not at all happy with that fact…), I somehow managed to do it. While Rudi was doing his best, I cannot say the same thing for Šaj. We were a total mess. We had all possible problems and mistakes, but that didn’t seem to bother Šaj, she was having fun as she always does. I was really tired, and I must confess, I also got a bit nervous because of all mistakes Šaj and I made, so I couldn’t really focus on Šja. I somehow relay on my genius dog to save me when I am doing mistakes, but no matter how brilliant the dog is – agility is a team sport, and I wasn’t much of a team player for Šja this weekend. So we have no results to brag with, but it was a great experience anyhow.

31.5.2008 – Šja won her second qualie competition. After a bad start, we are now doing quite well. Keep your fingers crossed. Three more to go!

  • 28.5.2008 - RO 24.5.2008 LJUBLJANA
  • 26.5.2008 – We had another successful weekend. On Saturday it was time to do some agility. After I was beginning to think Šja and I would never ever run clean again, we did some excellent work. With 2 clean runs Šja won, and it was a great time to do so, since that was our second qualie competition. We are back in the game. Šaj started in A2 for the first time. It was not bad for the beginning at all. With some more luck next time… :)
On Sunday Šaj and I entered an RO trial. Šaj was a little bit too much in agility mood; she ignored the heel command and went straight in to the tunnel. With otherwise nice work, we finished on 4th place.
However, I must brag with two other results as well. 2 girls from my RO class competed with me this weekend, and they both showed excellent work. Barbara and beagle Xara won with 147 out of 150 points. Great job girls!!! Tanja and Šaja, (Dogo Argentino) did great as well, finishing on 6th place with 138 points. They could placed even better, but Tanja took my advice about “lively” handling a little bit too serious, and forgot to wait for her dog to sit at one point. Anyway, I am more than proud on you girls. Keep doing the good job!
  • 17.5. 2008 –  Šaj made her third and last exam for A2. Again she knocked one bar in jumping but finished second after all. We also had a team competition this weekend, so we run additional open agility, and Šaj won. It was really a great run, probably the best we have done so far.
    AGILITY 3.5.2008 PTUJ
    OPEN AGILITY 17.5.2008 LOZNICA

On the other hand – Šja and I are a total mess lately. We don’t understand each other at all. So despite the fact we were on 2 competitions this weekend, I have absolutely nothing to be proud on. I hope we will get over it soon!
Kiša is getting better so that is another good news. She is off her meds now, and her legs seem to be just fine. So hopefully she will start with her training again in a few weeks.
  • 10.5.2008 -Šaj and I competed in Rally obedience this weekend for the first time. Šaj won RO1 in her own style. She was fast and enthusiastic as always, but at the same time very precise. And as usual, we had great fun together. Coming soon – video from RO and last weeks agility competition.
  • 3.5.2008 – Šaj did her second exam for A2. With perfect run and even better contact she won agility run, but knocked one bar in jumping, so overall 3rd place for my crazy dog and me.  I guess I spend all my luck in A1, because with Šja we got 2 eliminations, what is not so great, considering that it was our first qualie competition. But there are 5 more to go, so hopefully we will get our selves together by than.
  • 2.5.2008 – We had a great sunny day, so we just had to spend it outside. Click here to see some great pictures of us having fun together. Yes, mostly me and Šaj, but I cant help it. That dog is just soooo much fun to be with! :)
  • 18-20.4.2008 – I had a seminar in Slovakia. We did lots of work, but at least for me it was fun all the time. Thanks for everything, and I hope to see you next year!Kiša is having some problems again. L She started to move strangely and one of her joints swallowed a lot, so the vet diagnosed her with arthritis. We are not sure what caused it, but she is now responding well to the drugs, she doesn’t limp anymore and I do hope she will be back on track soon. She is boooored to death already…
  • 12.04.2008 – ŠAJ made her first exam for A2 and won the competition! She had the best time in agility (2 seconds faster than Border Collies ;) , and a refusal in jumping – my mistake, so overall I am more than satisfied with my little devil. We did some extra work on contacts this winter. I was getting quite depressed about them, because even though she had fantastic dog-walk contacts in trainings, she had problems on every other dog-walk. I was hoping it would get better with some more experiences, but it didn ’t, so I decided to re-train. I figured out that she is missing her contacts, because she simply doesn’t pull ahead the way she does on the trainings. Because of that she arranged her strides differently, what usually lead to missed contact. So I started to ask from her to shorten her stride on the way down from the dog-walk. I wasn’t really sure if she is going to understand the change, but so far it looks really promising. For the first time she does the contact equally well no matter what dog-walk we use. And what is even better – she does her contacts on the competitions as well. It is too soon to say if re-training was successful, but for sure it looks good now…
  • 04.04.2008 – This time I did some work. I become licensed decoy and instructor for basic obedience classes. Of course I am not really planning to work as a decoy, but for sure it was fun training it. :D
  • ŠJA, ŠAJ&KIŠA did some modeling for Red Dingo leads and collars. Tough Šaj shines in her orange wear; Kiša looks stylish in green and Šja looks all girly in her fancy purple leash. Toby missed the modeling part, but since his owner has a soft spot on collars and leashes, he is now looking funky in his Hawaiian blue. You can see the girls in their brand new “clothes” on: http://www.reddingo.si/galerija.htm
  • I wrote an article about the two breeds I like most. Croatian sheepdog and a Mudi. I wrote only one article, because I don’t see the difference among the two breeds, and I don’t think there is anyone that sees it and is able to separate two black specimens one from another. I noticed it became quite popular to look for a Mudi because it is not a Sheltie and for a CS because it is not a Border collie, and I sincerely hope people are aware that they are far more than just “not a dog that everyone has”. So if you are interested in what they are like – take a look under “about Croatian sheepdog and the Mudi ”, and I hope you will find it usefull.
  • Yes, I know. I suck at updating my homepage. I promise I will try to do my job better in the future. However – we were quite busy in the last few months, and here are some updates on what was going on here.22.10. 2007 – Way before I planed to, and a bit unexpectedly a new dog joined my pack. Her name is Kiša and you can read more about her on her own page, but just in short – I took her because she was in a need for a new home for the 5th time in her short life. It is still a mystery to me how that is possible while in fact she is an absolutely amazing dog with fantastic working abilities, great social skills and  a huge desire to please you in every aspect of her life. Because of her endless potentials for any kind of work, we are now really busy with all sorts of training, from agility to shutzhund. I promise some videos soon…02.12.2007 – Šaj passed her BBH exam, impressing the judge with her excellent heel work. Sits were not so perfect though, my spoiled dog hates to sit in the mud and it rained the whole day, but I am looking forward to enter some competitions on this level.14.12.2007 – Šaj passed her RO1 (Rally Obedience) exam. This time in snow, but that didn’t bother her at all. She was focused and driven, so we finished a course fast and fluently, with an excellent time and points. RO2 here we come…
Yes, Šaj did great this winter. Besides her official results, she is a champion at making me smile. It is impossible not to be in a good mood, while someone next to you is SOOO enthusiastic about every minute of his life. Watching her walking around the world thinking she is the boss of everything made me realize that self-esteem is just a matter of prospective, and that enthusiasm is what really matters.

Šja used this winter to become even more spoiled than she ever was. She always finds the most comfortable place to sleep, and it doesn’t really matter if it is on someone’s face. Even though I am well aware of her huge intelligence, she still amazes me sometimes with her genius mind. Just recently she has learned how to lift the 2 diagonal legs in just a few clicks. Little brainiac she is really…
She thinks Kiša is a gift from God for her. Despite her straight coat, Šja somehow believes she is a sheep, and uses every opportunity to herd her. She is in a really good mood lately, always ready for work and I have much fun working with her these days.

And since I have such a great photographer, I have to brag with some new pictures of course. We had a photo shoot mostly to create an album for Kiša (which you can see on her own page), but since I own more than one good looking dog… CLICK

  • And no, I did not forget about my crazy Shaj. She would never let me anyhow. She is getting crazier, faster and lauder every day. Click here to see some latest pictures of us having fun together.
  • Here we are again. Back from Norway and Agility World Championship 2007. It was really nice to participate on such a great event, and we had our share of fun, even though it seems we have left all our luck at home. At first it seemed like everything has fallen in its place this year for us. Shja was in a great mood, and she really was running like crazy there. I think I can even say that she has never run so madly before. Even though she was usually great on carpets, she managed to fall on her head in almost every run. Not at all something I normally see in my well balanced Mudi that used to “kick ass” on carpets way worse than the artificial grass of 3rd generation. Anyhow – I don’t know what happened with my careful Mudi, but I just LOVED to run with my little barky devile there. With Shja doing her best it was really easy for me to run with her. I had a huge confidence in her, and despite handling is definitely not my strong point, I was focused and calm, and I actually knew exactly where to go next. I was a little bit too careful with slalom entrances, but other than that I am quite proud on myself as well. But it wasn’t meant to be. Shja came to close to the see-saw and missed the up contact. Not a really common mistake for such a small dog, and it never happened to us before. Since second place is apparently not meant for us, I guess that means we have to win next year in Finland. • SHJA IS EUROPEAN OPEN WINNER of 2007
After a long trip around Germany we are finally back from the EO 2007 and I am proud to announce that my little SHJA WON!!!! It is so far the biggest result of our agility charier, and I am really happy we made it this year. Shja liked the course really much, and she was running like crazy. I was trying to run like crazy as well, but it was really like running on the beach. • 14.7.2007 – After quite chaotic start on our first competitions, I guess Shaj and I are finally getting our selves together. In the beautiful night competition in the coast city Portoroz, we have put together 2 great runs. Sadly her contact performance is still not the best on the competitions, so we have earned a fault in agility, but with perfect jumping we have finished second in the end. :) Click here to see us run!

  • Despite her “not so nice” appearance Shaj became the new Coppertone dog in Slovenian TW-add. :) She is also the main star of the article in the thursday’s supplement to the Slovenian biggest newspaper Delo. So maybe now I should call her Shaj superstar. ;)
